1913:
Founder A.E. LePage established his real estate company, A.E. LePage — The Bungalow Specialist.
1984:
A.E. LePage and Royal Trust House Price Survey merge to create Royal LePage.
1995:
Royal LePage launches www.royallepage.ca, Canada’s first national real estate website.
1998:
Royal LePage launches the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation.
2000:
Royal LePage becomes Canada’s first national real estate company to offer interactive mapping technology for property search and neighbourhood information.
2013:
Royal LePage celebrates 100 years in business.
2020 and Beyond:
Royal LePage has grown to over 18,000 REALTORS® with over 600 locations across Canada.
The Royal LePage Real Estate Professionals Story
Where It All Began
Royal LePage Real Estate Professionals is led by Broker of Record, Peter Campoli. Peter began his real estate career designing custom homes and bringing clients’ dream properties to life. During this time, he came to know the ins and outs of home building; reading floor plans became second nature to him, as did understanding what buyers were looking for and how to market and sell homes to achieve top-tier results.
In 1982
Armed with years of home building and selling expertise, Peter took the next step in his real estate career by becoming a sales representative. In a time of high interest rates and slow markets, Peter stepped up to the challenge and successfully guided many buyers and sellers toward their goals.
In 1986
Peter and his partner then opened their own brokerage in 1986. As an independent brokerage, they recorded record levels in sales as he guided his team of agents to increased levels of sales year after year.
They began working with well-known developers and builders to purchase raw land, design homes, and create much-loved communities that you can walk through today.
In 1999, Royal LePage Real Estate Professionals was born. That passion and sense of fulfillment led them to expand their services to individual buyers and sellers who wanted to make their dreams of homeownership come true.
The brokerage commanded great respect in all areas of real estate, from residential sales and new construction sales to commercial and industrial sales.
